Bardic Bear Pit

One and All are invited to take part in a bardic duel that will put bards in a true fight to the death. The weapon of the day shall be Haiku (17 Morae (syllable) - 5,7,5 format). The topic of inspiration for your haiku shall come from Their Majesties and will be decided upon the day of the event. Time will be given so each combatant can search their mind and spirit to create such words as to slay their opponent.

The combatants shall battle head to head with great honor and be judged by a jury to determine the winner of each combat. Combat will be run as a single elimination tournament so choose your words wisely. You will also be unable to use a haiku more than once.

Come show your honor as a bardic warrior and take this challenge. To not fight is to bring shame to your household.
