| Sir Ogami Akira is the Daimyo of the Clan Yama Kaminari. His persona is that of a semi-retired sword instructor who lives far from Kyoto court. Sir Ogami lives in the late 1500's during the age of Sengoku Jidai. He spends his time teaching occasionally and studying the ethics and morality of the 13th and 14th century. Sir Ogami founded Clan Yama Kaminari and has been it's leader ever since. His personal crest is the Clan's mon, or device. Many of his squires have become peers, a fact which give him great satisfaction. Sir Ogami builds taiko drums, Japanese armor, carves stone, does woodworking, leatherwork, metalwork, builds yurts, studies Zen Buddhism, Kyudo, and is interested in virtually everything Japanese. |
