HRH Lady Morgen of Rye

HRH Lady Morgen of Rye is a 14th century English princess living in the channel-side town of Rye. A busy port on the English Channel, Rye is a long-standing favorite sack of the French which gives her husband, HRH Sir Christopher Rawlins, plenty of martial entertainment. A former squire to Sir Ogami Akira, HRH Lady Morgen is the second of his squires to commit regicide by killing the King of the Mid Realm at Pennsic XXXII. As well, HRH Lady Morgen holds the honor of three-time champion of oiled wrestling at the annual Yama Kaminari Squires' Games. In Her service, HRH holds Minamoto no Taikawa Saiaiko as Her retainer.

As accomplished as She is in the martial arts, this princess has not neglected those of the gentler nature. HRH Lady Morgen has interests in illumination, and period costuming. She has produced a Gothic fitted dress, and has turned out several 10-gore dresses. With her Husband, Lady Morgen sews camp pavilions and period tents. Never shying from service, She most recently served as "Parking Goddess" at the Pennsic XXXIII War. In the miscellany of Her myriad and lovely attributes, the Princess enjoys singing, aiding Her husband in the recreation of the British Raj, speaks a smattering of Russian, has eaten rotten shark, and likes pie. As well, She has been known to change the course of human events by mere mockery.

Her first War was Pennsic IX.

Most recently, HRH Lady Morgen has become heir consort to the throne and will reign through the Winter of 2006-2007.
